In order to further strengthen the construction of the party member team and revitalize the party member team, a probationary party member conversion conference was held on the afternoon of July 22nd with the Taiweirun party branch. The meeting was presided over by Comrade Zhou Xiaofeng, Secretary of the Party Branch.

The conference strictly followed the procedures for probationary party members to become regular members. Comrade Zheng Qianqian, a probationary party member, read out his application for probationary party members, reported in detail on the progress made in ideology, work, and study, pointed out his own shortcomings, expressed his attitude towards probationary party members, and strong desire to join the party. The introducer for joining the Party shall provide a realistic evaluation based on the performance of the probationary applicant, and provide reasonable opinions on whether the probationary period can be completed on schedule.

Comrade Zhou Xiaofeng, Secretary of the Party Branch, introduced the situation of soliciting opinions from party members and the masses, and provided suggestions on whether to agree to the probationary party members becoming regular members on schedule. The participating party members gave a serious evaluation of the performance of probationary party member Comrade Zheng Qianqian over the past year, affirmed the progress made over the past year, and put forward opinions and suggestions for future work.

Finally, after a vote, the participating party members unanimously agreed that Comrade Zheng Qianqian would become a formal party member.

Party branch secretary Zhou Xiaofeng congratulated Comrade Zheng Qianqian on being able to become a formal party member on schedule, affirmed her performance as a Communist Party member in terms of theoretical learning and work performance, and encouraged everyone to always strictly demand themselves according to party member standards, continuously enhance their ability to work and entrepreneurship, continuously strengthen the combination of learning and application, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality transformation and development of the company.
