1、 Improve the organizational governance structure. Establish a systematic and scientific rules and regulations system based on the articles of association and with the rules of procedure of the general meeting of shareholders, the rules of procedure of the board of directors, the rules of procedure of the board of supervisors and the general manager's working rules as the main structure. The company has formed a power check and balance mechanism with the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors, the board of supervisors and the management as the main structure. The company strictly abides by the labor law, labor contract law, social insurance law and other relevant national laws and regulations as well as the provisions of the articles of association, establishes a formal and legal labor relationship with employees, provides equal employment and promotion opportunities for employees, implements the same welfare treatment for employees, actively promotes the common development between the enterprise and employees, and protects the legitimate rights and interests of employees. The company actively builds a platform for internal communication and exchange, strengthens communication between the company and employees through the company's website, symposiums and other means, actively adopts employees' reasonable suggestions, enhances the company's cohesion, and promotes the harmonious and stable development of the company.

2. Establish and improve the salary and welfare system, and strengthen the salary incentive of employees. In 2021, the company restructured its organizational structure and reassessed and adjusted its performance appraisal and salary system. In terms of salary system, we strictly follow the principle of paying equal attention to distribution according to work and performance appraisal, optimize the salary scheme and bonus scheme according to the change of the local salary level of the enterprise and the industry salary standard, realize the adjustment of employee salary synchronized with the development of the company, and promote the harmonious and stable labor relations and the healthy and stable development of the enterprise.

4. Strengthen occupational safety and health. Standardize procurement contracts, earnestly perform contract terms, timely pay for goods, properly handle disputes, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of suppliers. We implement a regular or irregular assessment and evaluation mechanism for suppliers, carry out annual or quarterly assessment of suppliers, classify suppliers into excellent, good, medium and poor according to unified assessment and evaluation standards, and feed back the results to suppliers in time. Cancel the qualification of qualified suppliers with poor evaluation; Give warnings to suppliers in the assessment and evaluation, and help suppliers improve their sense of responsibility.
